How can I get a refund of my purchase?

On non physical products there is no refund.

On physical products when the products is not functioning then you have to refer to the Business Warehouse from where you have purchased the product. You can find all details in your back office when you purchased the product.

No refund is given for Starter kit which include a product. The reason for that is that greenChoyce already paid commissions. You can also look in the Terms and Conditions document in your back office on this subject.
