Why is my income not reflected in my wallet from the old Website?

Because of the current Software change, this is still a work in progress.

But don't be worried. Your money is still in your account, but you cannot see it yet. 

The IT Team is currently working on this issue.


Also, please be sure that you sign in and follow the steps. Please take a look at the email you received.
Please check and complete your profile. 

You can load your image, define your replicated website address, and confirm that you accept the Terms and Conditions, Money Laundering, etc. You need to read and accept.
Once you have all that done, you enter your back office. It is all stated in the email sent to you.
